Wash your brows with provided soap morning and night within 4 hours of getting brows done. Make sure you wash them outside of the shower being extra gentle. Do not rub them hard or in circular motion, go with the hair growth and pat dry when you're done rinsing all the soap out. Apply cream after washing them day and night once you pat them dry. You only need a half a size of rice of cream. You do not want them looking glossy, less is more.
^healed 6 weeks
Keep brows dry besides washing them until they're healed (usually around 7-10 days)
It's very important to keep your brows dry in the shower and avoid taking steaming hot showers. The steam in the showers. Shampoo and conditioner can cause discoloration.
No excessive sweating.
No hot tubs, pools or saunas.
Do not pick, rub or scratch scabs
No direct sun exposure

^after touch up
It will look like the pigment is disappearing when the brows scab but it's a process and the pigment will come back. Do not pick!
You will have a little fading once they're healed and be missing pigment in some spots. This is why the touch up is important to perfect them. If at 4 weeks you're missing half or more of your brow then you did not follow after care or else you may be better suited for a different brow service.
